shame on the mayor

I really don't like Mr. Nagin. I don't blindly support this President just b/c I vote as Republican. I don't necessarily agree with him. I say Shame on Ray Nagin because he started this war of words and finger pointing last week yet he is the Commander and Chief of New Orleans so to speak. He's the one who didn't have a plan to get the people moved out in the couple days before the storm hit. There was time, where they could have at least STARTED an attempt at moving these people. I've heard and read all of his BS about it's the Federal government's job to take care....NO, first it's HIS job, then the GOVERNOR's job, THEN the Fed's job. Shame on him!
